The Economic Times Polymers Awards is part of The Times of India Group’s magazine division Worldwide Media Pvt. Ltd. (WWM). WWM has decades of experience in organising awards platform catering to numerous industry sectors. The direct organiser of ‘The Economic Times Polymers Awards’ is the same team that brings out ‘The Economic Times Polymers’ magazine – India’s premium magazine for the polymers value chain as well as ‘The Economic Times Global Conference on Plastics in Automotive’.
Only companies that make products using plastics (processors) are eligible to send in their nominations.
Yes. You can send multiple (but different) entries in the same category as well as in different categories as well. For example, a company called ABCD Pvt. Ltd. can send two or more entries in the Excellence in Consumer Durables category and it can also an entry or many entries in other categories. There is no limit for sending nominations in terms of categories or number of entries in one category.
Yes, of course. Companies with annual turnover of Rs.1000 crore and more will qualify for the Large Enterprises segment while companies with lesser turnover than Rs.1000 crore annually will qualify for the SMEs segment.
There is no entry fee. However, you need to bear the cost of creating, and sending the nominations to us.

Nominations will be evaluated by a team of eminent jury members representing the cross section of the plastics industries. Our Editor will also be part of the Jury Team. These experts bring a huge experience to the table in terms of their understanding of this industry.
Yes. Photographs will give a good visual perspective to your nomination.
These could be photocopies of certifications, other awards, audit reports and similar documents.
Yes. There is no limit to the number of nominations.
To ensure that the evaluation process is fair, objective and transparent, we do not allow nominees to communicate with the jury members in this context.
No, the nomination/s including the photographs, samples and copies of supporting documents will be retained by us. They will become our properties.
Yes, completely. The nomination/s received will only be shared with the Jury members on the day of the Jury Meet. No jury member will be allowed to take the original or copy of any nomination (or any part of it) either physically or electronically outside the jury meet venue.
Different mediums including but not limited to ‘The Economic Times Polymers’ magazine, The Machinist magazine, www.themachinist.in, www.etpolymers.com, our social media platforms and wherever we see it appropriate to cover this event.
Nominations will be accepted till 25th January 2022
