MegaMagic. MegaMagic with 320x240
Monochrome Graphics Display, has facility to record
actual parameters like Switch over Pressure, Injection
Pressure, Melt Cushion, Back Pressure, Refilling
Stroke, Refilling Time, Injection Time, Temperatures,
Cycle Time, etc. It also records up 96 alarms
with date – time. These PLCs are supplied
with Frame-Work Software, so that users
can program the PLCs with out Computer
/ Laptop within 30 minutes. No computer
knowledge required. Programming can be
done using HMI. It has 24 Digital Inputs,
24 digital Outputs, 4 Analog Inputs, 8
Thermocouple Inputs, 4 Proportional Outputs.
No amplifier is required to drive the
Proportional Valves. Isolated Thermocouple
not required. Thermocouple polarity
need not be maintained. Compact
Modular Design makes installation and
maintenance.
