has now launched new models of Hot Air Guns having greater convenience,
efficiency, innovative design, ergonomically shaped soft grip handle,
distribution and practically positioned controls - all designed to
keep the users in perfect command, when using the Hot Air Guns.
Model HL - 1610 S (1600 W) is designed for multipurpose applications
for users, with 2-stage switch for temperature control and also with
a 2-stage air flow regulated operating switch. The thermo feeler switches
the element “off” in case of a heat backlash and switches
the element “on” again after cooling. The thermo-fuse activates
under overload and prevents the cause of fire. Features:
2-stage switch temperature control from 300ºC
& 500ºC
Air flow stage 1: 240 l/m & Stage 2: 450 l/m
Ergonomic soft grip handle
Double overheating protection: thermostat and thermal cut out
Easy hand held and self-resting

2-stage fusing of heating
element Applications include:
Shrink packing/wrapping with PVC, LDPE shrink films
Product of suited shape, size can be packed and shrink wrapped easily
Export pallets can be easily packed with the required plastic films,
giving full protection from moisture and dust entering inside
Tamper proof packing
Joining and sealing of cables/shrink fitting of tubings
Drying paints and fillers
Loosening rusted nuts and bolts
Softening of wires in motors during repairs
Welding of different kinds of plastics
Several other flameless heat applications
