Oil Seals and Hydraulic Seals
Fitco Engineers Pvt. Ltd. manufacture
* Rotary Shaft Oil Seals
* Shaft Seals
* Grease Seals
* Wiper Seals, and
* Pneumatic/Hydraulic Seals
They specialize in oil seals (metal covered & metal inserted) in viton, silicon, NBR rubbers to withstand temperature up to -45°C to + 300°C in various industrial / agricultural applications.
They also manufacture O-rings, square rings, X-rings, rubber cords, silicon tubes, piston up and lip seals. O-rings/seals are developed in a wide range from 2 mm ID to 2000 mm ID in special polymers like viton, silicon, neoprene, EPDM, polyurethene, teflon and nitrile rubber as well as standard and custom made sealing products.

Monofilament Extruder for Nylon/PP
Malik Engineers, manufacture Single Screw Extruder
for producing fibers (monofilaments) from Nylon/PP. Monofilaments have a growing market and are already used for tooth brush bristles, shave brushes, artificial hair, brooms, fishing nets, twines etc.
The extruder line consists of a single screw extruder with die for extrusion of round filaments (spinneret), cooling water trough, hot air oven for stretching the filaments, godet (take-up) equipment fitted with DC motors for speed control, stabilizing oven and spool winder for winding the filaments on individual spools and control panel fitted with instrumentation and controls for the complete line.
Nylon/PP granules are fed to the extruder which functions to heat, melt and pump the molten material through a precision spinneret, which has many round holes for extruding into filaments, vertically downwards into a cooling trough provided with water circulation arrangement for cooling the hot filaments. The filaments are much thicker than the desired dimension (denier) as they emerge from the spinneret. After emerging from the cooling tank, the filaments are reheated (softened) in a hot air oven and stretched considerably (drawn down to the desired dimension) between two pair of pulling rollers set or “godet” provided with DC motor drive for variable speed control. The stretching induces sufficient strength in the extruded filaments due to the linear alignment of the polymer molecules. The extruded filaments then pass through a stabilizing oven which removes the internal stresses from the filaments making them much stronger and finally wound on spools or wound as hanks on hank winder. The complete line is precision designed and manufactured to give highest accuracy in manufacturing of precision filaments. The heart of the extrusion line, the extruder, is fitted with gas nitrided screw and barrel set and provided with AC driving motor, robust helical gear box and AC inverter panel for smooth speed control of the screw speed. The spinneret is also precision made and is critical in producing standard quality filaments. Separate attachment for crimping (waiving) the filaments can be supplied to “crimp” the filaments which are used in brooms & brushes, etc.
The extrusion units are offered in screw sizes of 40mm, 45mm, 50mm and 65mm screw sizes to get output rates of 15 kgs, 20 kgs, 30 kgs, 50 kgs per hour respectively.
